How to market my construction company to investors ?

We have a small renovation/ handyman business who would like to grow by focusing on working with flippers and buy and hold investors. What's the best way to market ourselves to real estate investors?

Attend local Real Estate Investor Meetings.  Start answering renovation questions on BP.  You could be the best renovator in Tx but if no one knows about you, you will not generate any business.  Get the word out.  After that do what you say your going to do and remain competitive.
