Most people in either groups are pretty helpful. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Good luck.

@Wil Reichard. Have you thought about doing a heloc and keeping the property as a rental? Your looking at other investment property why not keep it as a rental. Greenville prices keep going up it seems. Lol.

@Ashton Freeh Tate  congrats on the upcoming baby. Let me know if I can help also. In the upstate we have a few groups that meet up monthly. Upstate Creia has meeting all the time and we have a Greenville real estate investors group also. Gives you a chance to connect with a lot of local investors. Good luck.

@Ross Martin welcome to bp. What area of Greenville are y’all thinking about house hacking in? Some areas are a lot cheaper than others. Have you talked to any mortgage brokers to see what you get approved for? Have you checked out any of the upstate Creia meeting? Great way to meet a lot of real estate investors. I’m also in the upstate area so feel free to ask any questions you can think of. I’ll try to help in whatever ways I can. This website is full of very valuable info. Good luck.

@Darius Lee  I just tagged you in a post that someone had put out for sellers list. I haven’t used that company yet but thought you might want to check it out. Bandit signs. I haven’t order a lot so I just use a local guy to print them up but have seen some places online u can order from. Just depends on how many u need and how quickly. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful. If u order a list let me know how it goes. Thanks

@Benjamin Manibog. I’m not sure I would spent that much money for a long distance mentor. Education/mentor ship is important but I like the more hands on mentorship. Have you thought about going to your local reia group and looking for a mentor there. I’m sure if you offer 10k to someone in your area that has done deals they will let you tag along and learn from them. As long as you are serious and don’t waste there time most people would enjoy it. In my area most of the older people that are doing deals would enjoy passing on there knowledge to someone wanting to get in. Just my 2 cents. Good luck in whichever way you decide.
