Hey everyone!

As part of needing to network as well as grow mine and my brothers knowledge, I wanted to make an introductory post about us and our goals. I am the oldest of three, all of us were raised homeschooled, but never really taught anything about money or investments. We have been into a lot of fun activities and only more recently become interested in securing financial freedom and Real Estate investing. We are hoping to do this here in our current state of South Carolina around the Greenville region. From what we have been able to gather so far our first goal will be to find some sort of house hack to move into together and hopefully also rent. Since I have the best credit we will be looking to do an FHA loan through myself and fix it up with the collective money saved up. The trouble we are having is in this area finding a good house hack, and also the actual mechanics of setting up a good deal with this goal in mind. We want to get started but do it right and not end up putting ourselves behind.

We hope to eventually master the basics and turn our ideas into a sustainable business that will continue to grow into other markets and sectors like multi-family and even commercial. Then we can help the rest of our family as well as any we meet along this journey. We also look forward to meeting many different people and looking for ways to grow others wealth as well as our own.

Looking forward to talking to you all!

Ross.
