New To Real Estate Wholesaling

Hi Everyone, I’m Darius and I’m new to real estate and looking for some pointers and advice to help get started. I’m interested in starting off with wholesaling real estate and working my way up to fix and flips, rentals, and maybe new builds when I build up enough capital to do so. I have done a lot of research online about real estate and very motivated to get started. I would like to work the South Carolina and North Carolina markets. Would like information on getting started in wholesaling and all other information would be greatly appreciated as well.

Thanks

@Darius Lee welcome to bp and to real estate. Search bp for some info. This website has lots of info on all subjects real estate related. Where are you located in sc/nc?  In upstate sc we have a good real estate group. Upstate Creia. There’s a lot of wholesalers their that would probably be willing to answer any specific questions. Feel free to reach out, I’ll try to answer any questions that I can. Good luck.
