@John Boby R1 usually means only one unit, but now days you can also add an ADU. You need to directly check with the building department of the city that the property is located in.

I have been inundated by companies offering the next best solution for lead generation.  AI sounds great, but I don't see a track record of success and every time I google the company the reviews are not great.  I want to know your thoughts and have you found any that are working?

@Shane Elias-Calles I would normally tell you NOT to pay off your debt and use that money to make more, but since you have the ability to get that money back anytime with your HELOC, then pay that off first.
