Looking for Local REIAs to Join Cash Buyers/Buyer's Agents to Connect With

I'm in the SoCal area (Riverside, San Diego, Orange and LA Counties) and I'm looking for local REIAs to Join. I searched the Real Estate and Meet-up Forum and found a couple of meet-ups in these areas, but if you have any great recommendations, please send them my way.

Also, I'd love to connect and build relationships with cash buyer's/cash buyer's agents and build a solid network of like-minded individuals in this arena. I'm a Real Estate Investor/Virtual Wholesaler primarily in the following states: Ohio, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, Oklahoma, SoCal.
