Like they say in real estate LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Well I am here to LISTEN, LISTEN, LISTEN to all the experts in the subject to hopefully expand my knowledge in investing. Hi my name is Danielle and my Husband and I are interested in Real Estate Investments. We are new to this idea so I am focusing on being a sponge for information with the personal promise to invest by the end of 2024. Welcome to BP @Danielle Carrillo. There's a lot to learn and it's an exciting journey. Orange county is a tough market to start in. Consider investing a little north or out of state, depending on your goals and available capital.
