Best tools to replace MLS access?

Ron Nedd
Posted

We currently have MLS access and can pull Realist Public Records to verify square footage, flood zone, owner name, etc. We can also use the access to pull good comps for the area the MLS covers.

We're expanding into other states this year and won't have MLS access in those areas.

I know I can go to county sites to get public record info and use Zillow/Redfin/Realtor for comps, but would like a tool that lets me do all or most of that from one place.  Propwire has some good features but doesn't give all the needed info and is somewhat clunky.

Anyone have recommendations for this based on your experience?  Thanks in advance - Ron
