Potentially double close unless the bank forbids it.

I too would wait for bank approval because it can take a while, if at all.

I haven't dealt with a seller yet that wasn't appreciative that the buyer was solving their problem of getting the home sold.

But, I have met many sellers who waited too late to participate in or complete documentation to process a short sale and lose their opportunity due to foreclosure sale.

@Account Closed Can you imagine if it's this difficult to sign up to give your money to one of the contractors for their service, how difficult would a call back be if there was an issue that they should come back and correct?

Sounds like that although FHA will allow the 3.5% down, the bank's standard is a little higher so that they're loan portfolio is higher quality/lower risk loans. The same goes for credit scores for FHA loans.

Shop many and good luck @Krupa Patel

If I can't answer the call and get a missed call, I also text the caller from my Google Voice.

I just showed a home (on the MLS) that has a ton of margin to rehab and resale in one of the most desirable areas of town. Should I bother to call or text them to see if want to purchase it?
