@Wes Farmer try using the Daviess County PVA website to see who owns the property in Owensboro. The site was just updated and is much improved. 

The MLS does have search functions specific to foreclosures. We usually have a hand full at any given time.

I agree with James, sounds like you're being recruited for a sales agent job.
