Anyone have a suggestion for cell phone lookup please?

Paul Zofsak It sounds like your agent has either forgotten whom his customer is or doesn't care about the needs of his customer. Either way, I'd get a new agent but that's just me.

Hi all, I'm putting together a list of pre-foreclosures to secure with an option to purchase and then wholesale my option. I like to knock on the doors and chat or make a phone call instead of mailing.
Has anyone found a good cell phone directory / mobile phone directory online?
FWIW, iPrivus app is a pretty decent reverse search app.

Nicholas, welcome to BP from the western side of our beautiful Commonwealth. I'd be happy to help in any what that I can.

Sam, I'd be interested to follow your progress so hopefully you'll keep us updated.
Are you planning single family homes only? Some apartment complexes? Green space? Maximum density to increase ROI or larger lots for (imho) increases quality of life?
Good luck Sir!

James Vermillion The next time you get to the Owensboro area, let me know and maybe you can tell some success stories in exchange for the Moonlite buffet on my dime?! I'd love to hear how people are really doing in the Commonwealth.

BP is a great forum with a lot of knowledgeable people engaging, so I decided to sign up shortly after lurking. I've got an excellent understanding of foreclosures in my area (finding the pre, monitoring the REO & gov't & corp. owned), but I haven't been able to take advantage of what I've learned and make use of it to the extent that I want for financial reasons that are improving.
So as I ramp up for a brighter tomorrow, I'd like to join the community here. I'm looking to fix & flip full time while building a rental portfolio. Needless to say, I love real estate and I'm not looking for a quick buck, but a lifestyle transition to doing what I love and getting closer to freedom of time.
Also, to my fellow Kentuckians, Go Cats!
