From Western Kentucky and new to BP
BP is a great forum with a lot of knowledgeable people engaging, so I decided to sign up shortly after lurking. I've got an excellent understanding of foreclosures in my area (finding the pre, monitoring the REO & gov't & corp. owned), but I haven't been able to take advantage of what I've learned and make use of it to the extent that I want for financial reasons that are improving.
So as I ramp up for a brighter tomorrow, I'd like to join the community here. I'm looking to fix & flip full time while building a rental portfolio. Needless to say, I love real estate and I'm not looking for a quick buck, but a lifestyle transition to doing what I love and getting closer to freedom of time.
Also, to my fellow Kentuckians, Go Cats!
