Hey I am also new here. I reached out to a friend who checked into this place for me - The deal won't work for me currently as they need the cash out and can't do seller financing. It will need a roof shortly and also needs some plumbing but it looks like it is within your price range.

I am new in the game but I am really interested in meeting up with some locals. I am not sure it would work for the first one perhaps just get a core group setup but eventually it would be fun to bring spouses or significant others!

Hey I am glad to see some other local guys in the area. I say local - realizing that it isn't close by but it's nice to hear there are other like minded folks in state. 

Wow guys - I am certainly feeling welcomed. I am excited to be taking the right steps to move forward and do things the right way. My uncle is a full time landlord and my sister is in the process of closing on 2 houses on the same piece of property in her area in Maine. I told her she should join but between remodeling her house, 2 kids and pregnant with a 3rd I am not sure she has the time haha. 

@Judy Yablonski perhaps you are right. I am planning on going to a meeting at Kit Crowne's place I think it is October 11th. If you would like to meet up and talk personally I would love to chat and see what you are all about and talk about your projects. 

@John Petraroia - that's awesome that you are so local and know the market well. I will definitely reach out when it's time. 

@Rick Santasiere - I love that area - we just went to Bushy Hill orchard in Granby this past weekend.
