I am sorry to hear about the job @David Dachtera. I am not too close to East Hartford but if there is anything I can do please don't hesitate to reach out.

My feeling and it is just that... is that you should invest in an area where you are an expert. I am not an expert on the real estate market in Texas. So I wouldn't invest there. That is up to you and your family to make the best decision for you guys though.

I can suggest you reach out to Larry Kiel he is a local guy in CT - I am not sure he is familiar with what you suggesting however if he can't help I am sure he can recommend someone who can.

PM me and I can send you his phone number.

Spoke Tara at Backstage just now. They have a red room there is no charge to use. Basically I am thinking the format as follows:

Meeting start: 6pm

6:00-6:20 Open networking

6:20ish (?)- order dinner

@Judy Yablonski - would you want to pick a day ex: 3rd wed of the month etc? Or do others have any thing to add?

Great @Rob Lee it seems like there is enough interest to get this moving. What I will do is spend some time this weekend calling around to see what restaurants might have a room we can use.

@Ryan Giguiere I know that area well. I live on Cotton Hill RD right off 202 on your way to Torrington.

@Rick Santasiere - great meeting you the other night. I agree a place shouldn't be too hard to find. I think most people seem ok with Torrington.

@Judy Yablonski - I know you mentioned that Wed/Thur works best for you. Perhaps we can talk dates etc shortly.
