Whats up BP?!?

About six months ago I started reading BiggerPockets top to bottom, listening to every podcast, starting to build a working model in my head, and this week i'll be closing on my first deal. I'm extremely excited to continue down this path and see where it takes me, and to meet all of you like minded people along the way. 

I've got plenty of questions, a little to offer in the way of advice, and i'm extremely thankful that Josh and Brandon are doing what they're doing and that this site even exists. Much thanks to everybody contributing.

My plans for the future include adding buy and hold value-add properties to the portfolio in Litchfield County through seller financing and auction purchases. I'm excited to meet all of you in the area, cheers.
