@Daniel Brown. You’re correct my numbers are amazing but it’s just the thought of better class properties and better quality tenants that’s all.

@Jill F. I just wish I could get better quality properties yes they appreciate very slowly and they are free and clear just you always want or inquire about things you don’t have

@Macintyre Braun. For me it’s financing I’m stuck to whatever I can buy in cash.

I’m starting to doubt my c class rentals. I met someone who finances all of her rentals and I guess I kinda got caught up in what she was talking about. I buy my properties cash 40k or less since my financing options are limited. My c class rentals aren’t bad they cash flow 100% and they rent for 905 and up with sec 8 which in a c class I’m perfectly happy with. Why am I doubting myself now ?? Should I try for B or A class properties.

@Jignesh Savaliya. Pass even if they had sec 8 they wouldn’t pay their portion..

@Jignesh Savaliya. You shouldn’t need to ask that tenant is going to be a problem without a doubt. Is this sec 8 ??

@Joe Splitrock. Any other banks that offer a heloc on Noo Rentals ?

I don’t understand how banks can be so different ?

@Francois Guerrier. Some people’s jobs are seasonal they make a ton one season and other seasons it’s pretty slow. Like me I’m an Hvac tech during summer the dough is rolling in during winter since I live in Lousiana it’s pretty much like I don’t work. If I pay cash for my properties I don’t have to worry about losing them. I’m getting towards the financing but it’s a sense of it’s mine!! And nobody can take it type of mentality
