I’m looking for duplexes In the south city area I’m coming in town June 1st I want to be able to rent them for 700-750 a side

I’m trying to expand my rental portfolio. I currently invest in Saint Louis MO. Which is where I’m from. I own one rental property in south city.

I’m a new investor with a decent sum of cash I own one rental property. Im looking to expand any suggestions ? The market I’m looking in is Saint Louis MO only market I will consider.
