@Jim K. She basically told me as long as the house is here she will be here which is great. I chuckled to myself in the car after that. She asked me if she could sign a five year lease while I like that but let’s take it one year at a time

@Stephen Watson. That’s my problem I have a few medical bills and I can’t get a cash out refi so it’s like whatever I pay cash for I’m stuck with it. Unless I sell I’m trying to get my credit fixed but it’s a slow process I probably need to find someone a lawyer probably who deals with creditors all the time

@Ayyub Omer. I don’t live in state I have a managment company handling my business and I go in once a year just to check up on everything. My tenants are good it just feels like I’m missing out on what people with more capital and resources are getting it’s like I’m missing a piece of the pie

@Danielle Gray. Everything is going good but I want better and maybe more than what I can afford right now. I just see my B property and love it more than my C class I wish I could get more but I got the B when it was probably a C class the area has changed a lot I know this area my c classes are in isn’t gonna change anytime soon

@Qin S. Just for the long term of c class yes my cash flow is great!! But the appreciation and long term is what I’m concerned about.

@Brian Geiger. I can sell the C class but then I’m stuck because financing for me is hard which I why I pay cash. Then I would have nothing
