As a landlord I use cozy . How would you know if tenants pay late if they authorize a payment for example on July 1st but doesn’t process through til a week later due to holiday ? Would you charge late fee . With cozy Ive read where payments take a while to go through

I just started landlording , how do tenants know or do they even know to look at cozy.co to find my property and fill out applications etc .? How do I advertise that the listing and tenant application is online at cozy ?
