I'm 20 I'm looking to buy my first home then turn it into investment property. I have $14k car loan and that's it no other debts. I still live at home and have roughly 31k in bank as we speak. What kind of loan should I get a a First time buyer ? What loans are the best ? FHA or Conventional? My credit is rated "good" The house is listed at $83,500

@Mindy Jensen ok I thought you had to live in the home for about 1-2 years. So when I go get a loan and get pre qualified I say it’s for rental
