@John Underwood it’s a 3bd/1ba theres not really a master bedroom. The windows are from the 50’s More than likely painted over.

& Yes I have the funds but I’m not ready to spend $5k + on new windows

I just recently bought a house through a conventional mortgage loan my plans are to rent it out in the future. How long do I have to wait to rent it out ?

@Todd Rasmussen I won’t get no cash return doing all that myself. Repairs cost a lot. New Roof, windows, new fascia boards. Most things aren’t up to code either. No water pan , no gas lines , broken siding boards , exposed romex wiring .

@Todd Rasmussen also there was wood rotten on some of the fascia boards

House Built in 1955 Tile flooring throughout. Comes with gas stove , range, dishwasher , fridge

It has central air and heat too
