I think...only think...that you have to go through some kind of condo association :zzz: I had a friend who did that here and all I heard him talk about was the condo association aprroving them

i've talked to one and he said the rates are about 14%

I want to make an offer on a property, then i'll need a contract to assign or flip the property to an end buyer, i looked for the forms I had used in the past and can't find a single one!

I'm trying to make sure I have all the forms I'll need. What's the best way to go about this? SHould I contact a Realtor or use the forms that are listed on here? Again, just making sure all my ducks are in a row
