Hello all! I have been lurking in the background for some time now. I feel it is time to contribute to the forums. I am 25 y/o male from northeast ohio near a city called Painesville Ohio. I have been studying real estate investing for a few years now in my free time. I am by no means a genious, but I do know it is time that I start investing and obtaining hands on learning.
