ok, I'm just double checking here...actually I'm begging for help, this is the first offer I've made in years :violin: is a verbal offer ok, or should I go through the whole put it in writing ordeal? :help: It's actually a very good deal for a property and i don't want to pass it up. so anyone? any help? THANKS!
