@Patrick Hagerty

I don’t buy in RI. Most places in RI have high property taxes and the rents are slightly higher than a good area of Springfield. In addition to property taxes some RI towns have and a fire district tax.

I’ve been watching Hartford recently, but I’m not really familiar with the area. I do have some concerns of the poverty level in CT. The economic growth seems slower then most areas at best. It may be best to speak to a local realtor about Hartford.

Springfield is tuff and prices seem high right now. I bought a three unit there last May. Every month I chase rents. But there seems to be some economic growth in the area.

Check out Franklin MA and surrounding towns. Or maybe Fitchburg?

@Michael Lowe

Does it matter? Your personal net worth and cash flow doesn’t care.

I had a tenet call because the thermostat and furnace wasn’t working. When I got there there were no batteries in the thermostat, and the heat wasn’t turned on. I now try to troubleshoot stuff remotely.

@Ryan T.

Waterbury seems to have a ton of stuff for sale. I wonder how the local economy is.

@Sue K.

My first tenet in a duplex I house hacked. He signed a lease for a year then spent less than 10 nights in the apartment. He paid every month on time, and would come home for lunch once or twice a week maybe.

Has anyone gotten a loan through Global Integrity Team? They look to be a asset based lender with a 20% down payment requirement. The reviews are mixed. Anyone worked with them?
