I just hired a property management company. They charge a flat rate $95 for singles and duplex. Then $50 per door above 2.

I almost always paint between turnover. It’s cheap and masks any unwanted smells. Tenets appreciate the clean look.

There are so many awesome places in the US. my favorites are Charleston, South Carolina and Naples, Florida. Great weather, beaches, and food.

(I do not know anything about the local economy/taxes/schools/etc)

8 out of 9 tenets have paid for the month. The last tenets is usually 10-15 days late so it’s not out of the norm. May 1st will be the real test.

See if there’s a local scratch and dent appliance store near you. I buy new (scratch/dent) stainless steel refrigerators for 400/500 in providence ri.

I reached out to all my tenets (9). One was laid off and gets social security. Another had her hours cut. Both can receive unemployment under the new rules. Most states have made unemployment readily available to those affected . They should also get a stimulus check.

I imagine this will blow over in a couple weeks and things will go back to normal for most.
