I don't need them complaining about one more thing - lack of storage! To address your warping concern? Why would it warp? Unless you're installing something used perhaps? Or there isn't ventilation in the bathroom? Just hook the light to the fan and its automatic every time they step into the bathroom. That'll alleviate the moisture issue. Your vanity should last for 20 years or until you remodel anyway.

Let us know what you decide!

Hi there!! Thank you for your response, I'm concerned about the warping because the vanity is next to the tub, I'm afraid water will contribute to the warping. Unit is in a duplex with no central A/C.

I have a 2/1 and I'm torn between adding a pedestal sink instead of a vanity.

I'm thinking a pedestal sink will last longer vs. a vanity that does have storage, but I'm afraid of it warping overtime.

What are your thoughts?

I provide a rod but no curtain but it does make sense to provide a curtain for $2 so the tenant would never say that they didn't know that they needed one after they cause water damage
