Hello everyone in Miami, checking In. I am a MFH investor still looking to meet like minded people. I have properties around little Haiti/ lemon city. Looking to expand else where 

Thanks for the responses.. what would be considered north canton. I am coming up in January to take a look around I would love to meet with anyone that may be available. I don't know the exact dates yet but I'll keep anyone interested updated.

I have a friend who just moved to Ohio and is assigning houses. He sends me a few houses and telling me that the homes are cheap as I can see and that the inventory is wide open. He is particularly telling me about Canton. Does anybody have any info to help?

We would really like to stay living in Doral and I feel like todays prices in Doral are outrageous for what you get. Plus I really don't feel like it is a good time to buy in south Florida.

Keep what u have and I've in it. Find another property to rent out. Duncan find some nice duplexes, triplexes, etc for a decent price still in with Florida 

knowing doral and the outlook for doral and south Florida I would say keep it and get something else in south Florida.  I wish I bought in doral when I had the chance knowing what I know now

I have a residential property in pluit blain in the petition ville area, and a commercial property in carrefour, and some land in the kenskoff.

Here in Miami all of my properties are at about 8-10%.
