@Jarlen Martinez Welcome to BP! You're in the right place to learn the ropes, but the number of options here can be daunting. If you don't have a particular RE focus in mind, I always recommend that new investors really consider what they need and want in an investment with regard to Risk, Control, and Time.

Do you have the capacity to take on debt to leverage your existing capital? Are you comfortable doing so? Are you willing to take on riskier investments, like C/D level rentals, in exchange for potentially higher returns, or are you looking for a reliable passive investment that produces cash flow without a lot of work on your end? Do you need to be able to see your investment or are you willing to go out of state if the numbers work to your advantage? How much time are you willing to put into you investment outside of requisite due dilligence? Do you have the time, energy, or experience to DIY?

The answers to questions like these will really narrow your focus and help you sift through the massive amount of info on these forums.

If you have any questions about the turnkey model or the market down here in Birmingham, feel free to reach out any time.

In any case, best of luck in your new adventure!

Clayton
