Hi all, Im a newby here in the area looking to get into wholesaling and eventually my own rentals. My father has 16 units all 4 unit multifamily properties in the st louis area currently which he uses for passive income every month. Any advice or tips on wholesaling for a newby??

So some general background about me, my name is nathan woods. I grew up in South St. Louis pretty good with my hands as I am a maintenance supervisor in the daytime I have general knowledge in construction HVAC plumbing most electrical and various other trades
