I would say don't rush into anything.  Use Biggerpockets resources, read and don't invest until you visit the market you want to invest.

I started out looking into turnkey model and visited several areas including Memphis before decided to go on my own route in NWI market.

If you decide to enter in NWI market in future, I will be glad to help. I can refer to a great turnkey provider in that market who is very active on BP and  has a solid reputation. Just to be clear, I don't have any financial incentives involved.

I got the book from the author's website. That comes with added bonus of personalized message.

This is a phenomenal book. It provides a great insight into the actual game of Real estate deals.  It is no surprise that the book is highly engaging and rewarding since the author has peppered it with numerous examples from his 30 plus years of experience.

As many have mentioned, it is an easy read.  I love that the book never tries to oversell itself or get tangled into using complex terms or formulas.  Even the most innovative and complicated deals are explained with a great ease.

It will blow your mind away for sure and will open up floodgates of the possibilities that you may have never think of while procuring a real estate deal.  It is by far the best book I have read with creative ideas for closing deals as well as some fantastic tips on saving taxes.

I would give it 5 out of 5 star and would recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone.

@Ken Rishel  Just wow. You have unloaded unbelievable amount of information in such a concise post. My business partner and I are considering various options -MHP, Multi family-Apt and Storage units to choose from as our next business strategy.

Good Morning to a wonderful BP community,

I am glad to announce, I am Real Estate investor now. Less than a year ago it was not even on my mind. Last July I stumbled upon BP and magic began. I set up a goal to acquire two properties before end of the year.

Lo and behold, I manage to get two properties in last 15 days of year 2016. One is currently rented from Next month, the other one is under contract for sale after renovation. I look forward to even better 2017 and from bottom of my heart I extend gratitude to BP and some wonderful members from whom I have learned many aspects whether it is grit, courage or inspiration.
