I have been on BP for two months and this is my first post. The forums have been very educational.
My partner and I are interested in Turnkey properties. We have finalized Chicago,IL and Bridgeport,CT as the final two candidates.
I have already got great amount of information about Elite Invest and GC realty here on BP but it seems there is not much discussion about Bridgeport turnkey provider.
We are 45 minutes away form Bridgeport, CT which provides us better sense of comfort to observe our first turnkey investment from not too far and if required, we can step in to self manage.
I have stumbled upon a company called investinbridgeport LLC who provides turnkey solutions. I spoke with its owner Dawud Bey. I have spoken with him but If there is anyone on BP who can provide additional input about turnkey provider in Bridgeport and/or reference about Dawud and his company, it will be greatly appreciated.
