I am Real Estate Investor Now :)
Good Morning to a wonderful BP community,
I am glad to announce, I am Real Estate investor now. Less than a year ago it was not even on my mind. Last July I stumbled upon BP and magic began. I set up a goal to acquire two properties before end of the year.
Lo and behold, I manage to get two properties in last 15 days of year 2016. One is currently rented from Next month, the other one is under contract for sale after renovation. I look forward to even better 2017 and from bottom of my heart I extend gratitude to BP and some wonderful members from whom I have learned many aspects whether it is grit, courage or inspiration.
