@Edgar Adkins hey man welcome to BP, like Jonathan said Wichita has a great investor community. I run an investor lunch meet up the third Wednesday of the month at 12:00 at Strategic Workspace on east Kellogg, also an active Facebook group at ICT Real Estate Investors. Everyone speculates if now (or any time) is the best to invest or should I wait, there are deals in every market cycle just be disciplined with your numbers.

We have a pretty active Facebook group but wanted to share here on BP as well, ICT Real Estate Investor group has a monthly lunch meet up the third Wednesday of the month at 12:00 at Strategic Workspace on east Kellogg. Lunch provided, tons of people, great networking, perfect for new or seasoned investors. Come check it out. 

@Jerryll Noorden I agree with online lead gen. Buyers now are more key than ever, we have buyers that have been sitting on the sidelines waiting for a time like this. Our buyers list now is just as important as our marketing.

Given general market turmoil and uncertainty, shifts are taking place. Opportunities will abound for wholesalers that pivot and adjust. What changes are you making, and how are you adjusting medium and long term goals?

@Joe Carter prove the haters wrong. You have many mistakes to learn from so do it. Getting my teeth kicked in was the best thing that happened to me. Hit me up when you get to Wichita.

@Ryan Smith welcome to BP, lots of great info. Dive in and read a lot, hit up some meet ups, they are good for networking. I have a lunch meet up once a month for investors downtown. Good luck.
