Hello everyone, my name is Ryan Smith and I'm from Orlando, Florida. I am currently serving in the US Military and I'm located in Wichita, Kansas at the moment.

I created a BiggerPockets profile in 2017 but neglected to use it. During that same time my wife and I also rented an apartment in the downtown metro area of a city. Although it was wonder to live in a beautiful high-rise building overlooking the city. Looking back now, we see that we kind of gave away years of rent to a company instead of investing in ourselves. (Hindsight is always 20/20). But three years later we are wiser and have finally decided to use real estate as our main vehicle to propel us into financial freedom. The first step in doing so is to become a very active BP user.

I am a huge fan of “the stack” strategy by Brandon Turner and we are very eager to start our real estate adventure this year and exponentially increase over the coming years. We look forward to engaging with everyone and hope to share success with you all!
