New Investor in Wichita KS
Hey Guys,
I just relocated to Wichita, KS for work and am starting to get excited about real estate investing. I'm currently reading Brandon Turner's The Book on Rental Property Investing and have goals to purchase and live in a small multifamily home in about 9 to 15 months. I'm just trying to get started in Real Estate at the moment and would love to connect with any investors either in the Wichita area or elsewhere.

Ironically, I also have 8 units and my 5-unit is in Wichita. I’m based in Topeka. Actually interested in selling my Wichita investment property to redeploy my investment dollars into something I’ve found in my own backyard.
To the original poster, Charlie, welcome to the start of your journey! It is a worthwhile one. Great choice in Brandon Turner’s book.
