@Eric Goodman congrats man, that’s awesome!! Getting your deals sold for top dollar is the other half of the equation, sometimes the harder half. Several of us wholesalers in town have received letters from KREC asking a lot of questions and issuing cease and desist orders. The “marketing” of a property is what is the issue, be careful. A small well qualified group of investor buyers is huge. Call me Monday and I’ll see if we can help.

@Liam Morris we quit doing promissory notes and just put our private lenders in first position on mortgage. Tile company takes care of it, one page document for us, everybody is protected.

@Tracy Liggett like johnathan said the auctions around here are getting pretty close to full retail prices. Hasn’t always been like that, goes in cycles. I run the investor meet up lunch we do every month at Old Chicago hope you can make it in July. Good luck connect anytime.

@Matthew G. As has been said already identifying your investment class and investment tolerance, A neighborhoods vs D neighborhoods. And don’t discount creative financing deals or buying off market properties at deeper discounts. Snowballing investments with a bankable W-2 job is a smart play.
