That's interesting @Jay Hinrichs. It will be interesting to see if flippers and contractors are driving those funky Cyber Trucks in a few years. You know I think Tesla is the most overrated company in the universe but if Elon can really deliver those for $40,000 - it will probably be a winner, we'll see.

We are building 12 single-family homes on the property and it’s all been a homerun so far but we’re not sure if we should totally rebuild the restaurant or just remodel it and, in general, how much we should spend improving the property. It’s my first time doing a project like this so any advice would be appreciated, thank you.

You can see how absurd Lisa is by reading her very own, very contradictory comments. She blames everybody else and refuses to take responsibility for her own actions. The platform she uses is now to blame. After many, many years of her using it she suddenly claims that she doesn't understand how it works. Crazy.

There are people who create value in the world and those sad people who try to steal it from others.

@Lisa R. is a contractor who RIPPED US OFF. She created FAKE hours and didn't comply with her contract. She is an epic liar.

After selling my last Orange County, CA home around 2011, I moved to Arizona and fell in love with a great rental deal. The place was probably worth $1,300,000 to $1,500,000 or so and I got it for about $4,000/mo. - awesome RV ratio! After spending approx. $11,000 per month PITI+HOA in California, it felt great! I rented a few other places and they where all decent deals on an RV ratio basis but, as I've mentioned on my podcast, after moving to Florida last year, it seemed like many of the nice high-end rentals had been lost to the STR market. After searching without any exciting results, I ended up buying in Florida. Renting would have been a better deal but no luck, oh well. Either way, income property, is the most historically proven asset class in the world. Happy investing! :-) @Steve Vaughan @Jay Hinrichs
