That’s a good idea but I’m not sure if we can subdivide, well we probably can, but that’s complicated. I will let you know, thanks for the good thoughts and have a great week.

Thanks @Charles Kao Yes, we have a tenant in the restaurant is operational. We did a small improvement on it a couple years ago, it’s just hard to figure out if we should throw a bunch of money in it and make it really nice or leave it as is. Good idea on the brokers.

Hi @Charles Kao - Thanks! The journal is a great idea, I wish I had a producer to really help put all that kind of stuff together – a person like that would be very handy!

As far as my mobile home park/restaurant project, it’s very difficult to decide if we should just do basics and keep things low budget, or go big, or somewhere in between.

Great cheat sheet, @Chris Mason, thanks. Yes, with the 150% above base limit in high-cost areas, it really increases affordability.

That’s an interesting question, @Andrey Y. just guessing that they are probably allowed but very hard to get in Portugal. You just don’t see big gas guzzlers like that in Europe and parking would be very difficult in most European cities.

I know a few turnkey people who drive nice F-150's that cost $65,000 but we just have to wait and see. Tesla is way behind on their promises so who knows?
