Information on Ocala, FL

Hi everyone!

I am currently looking at different multi family properties in Ocala and am wondering if anyone has information on desirable/undesirable areas there? I've seen some units located in zipcodes 34479 and 34471. Are these typically good areas? Any information would be helpful! I have family in Florida, but they are all near the Miaimi and Ft. Lauderdale area. Any information would be helpful!

I just did a property tour with the Jason Hartman investment group, and really liked the area generally, and his partner builder specifically.  They are producing great looking new-build properties.
