@Doug McVinua

Doug, what do you mean by provide a "feed"?

@Steve Hall

are you saying there are markets that you can find a 40+ unit complex for around $2m?

@Bashar Azzu

do you currently own and operate, or is this your first deal? You cant go into a "crash" without a track record and expect to take down first time deals.

How about any contract services, or is that covered in your misc?

How are taxes calculated in your county?

How old is the property, what are you doing for R&R? What deferred maintenance are you dealing with?

Best way to finance this is through a personal loan with a commercial bank recourse loan.

Have you looked at rent comps?

@Chase Louderback

Yes, I do not want to contribute to confusion rather bring clarity. I suppose it also depends on who the audience I am targeting is as well.

@Brent Shields @Chase Louderback @Charles Soper

Do either of you have any ideas of how I should be portraying sample deals and criteria I am pursuing and the results of an equity contribution from those deals?

@Brent Shields

Do you find this to be too much information and overwhelming? More for an institutional audience?

Hi,

I am putting together a deck to put in front of potential investors. Pretty typical deck that will describe desired markets and bios, however I would like to include a business plan slide that will describe line by line what type of deals I will transact on and what the execution is.

Is this standard for decks, and what tolerance do you or potential investors have for such a slide?

Please see below for an example and feel free to provide feedback.

Thanks.

Could anyone recommend any real estate events, groups, discussions held in the greater Seattle, WA area that focuses solely on multi-family?

Thank you.
