@Pete Perez thank you for the insight Pete, greatly appreciated. I will take your advice and soak up all that Ryalland has to offer.

@Julie Marquez thank you for your kind welcome Julie! Currently I work for cbre focused on affordable housing multi family. I would like to ultimately transition away from the desk job and focus solely on flips and other REIs. How have you done in building your team and finding valuable fix and flips?

@Edward Seid Thanks!  How has your transition been going from desk job to RE investor?

Hi BP!

I am a new member and thought I would take a moment to say hello to the BP world and introduce myself.

My name is Jared Carpenter and I am at a phase of my life where I am ready to work for myself 100% and commit fully to making real estate investing my career.  I have a background in finance, worked in Investment Banking for 3 years, and am now working in RE out in Seattle.  Having lived in Seattle now for a few months, my initial interest is house flipping in the greater Seattle area, and would love to hear any advice or critiques the community may have to this or if others feel there are better strategies or areas to target in the Seattle market.

Best regards to all!
