How would someone find info about the conference in Santa Monica in May?

If one lives in Los Angeles and is planning on buying property in out of in state and out of state Ex: Ohio, North Carolina, Florida, (just to name a few). Do I start my LLC in California then use it to buy out of state in those states or do I have to start my LLC in each state? The name of my company would be GARCIA PROPERTY GROUP. It’s the company I would use to hold all RE investments. Just not sure how to structure it, where to open it. Any info would be great!

@Dillon McGough how'd it go after joining the Academy? I'm jumping on my first call tomorrow with Nick to get the conversation going. Highly considering taking this thing to the next level and highly motivated to have them help me get there. What have you seen so far since joining, if you did?

Love his content, Podcasts, Etc. Considering joining the coaching program to excel my probability of performing my first Multi-Family deal. I’ve been analyzing deals left and right to perfect the decision making process. Thought I’d join his coaching to get my first deal done and continue with the Law of the First deal wheel and kick it into motion. Has anyone here done coaching with him, any thoughts? I'm a contractor myself and what we love and makes us move fast is getting paid on time and when we ask. Delay of payment isn't fun for anyone especially us. We have guys to pay and materials to pay. We aren't the bank and shouldn't have to pay for everything out of pocket waiting for client to pay. That being said talk with them and see what you can do to make them move faster and get your project completed on time. Sometimes you get stuck with slow, lazy contractors and that sucks, vet them out as much as possible. Recommendations are key.
