First Big Complex in the Books!

I have been on Bigger Pockets for a little while.  I listened to the podcast a lot and it pretty much got me started in real estate.  I set a goal this year to have one rental unit and flip 3 house.  

As of today I have a flipping company that has done 30 flips this year, a management company that manages me and my team's rentals, and 48 multifamily rental units.  

From a goal of one unit to a total year end accomplishment of 48 units, I would say we knocked it out of the park! Thank you Bigger Pockets!

@Peter Pratti That is amazing man! Really impressive! I myself just got started this past year and am looking to scale up. Currently have 5 rental units and am in the middle of my first flip. Would love to connect and chat about strategies you are using for lead generation as well as how you are financing these deals.
