@Max L. Horton he seemed pretty genuine I spoke with Rick. I asked him what he does and how M1 helped him. He said he joined in October and bought a property in December. Says it really helped him to identify what was holding him back. That the support system of all the millionaires really excells your way of thinking. I guess to me since I've never paid for any service like that I'm still a little "iffy" and want to be 1000% sure before I actually jump in. Thank God for BP and all the questions we can ask each other.

@Max L. Horton I actually had a call today and still am on the fence about it. I'm with you I still feel a little "sketched out" about the whole thing. Thats $300 more I can be saving in my bank account. I talked with them and I like the idea of the "accountability partner". I want to see how it goes with @Brad Pickett to see if he recommends signing up after he's in it for a week or so. @Max L. Horton maybe you should have them give you a call and see how you feel after the phone call. I did and I do feel more inclined to signing up.

Brad Pickett I actually set up a phone call for tomorrow. I was a little sketched out about it since I've never been involved with anything like that before. How do you feel about it this far? I too was turned onto it after listening to Andrew on the podcast.

Brian Gibbons checked him out. Did you have success with him? I live in the SF Valley so I can relate to you if you invest in LA County. Would love to hear back from you!

@Toi H. Thanks I'll keep that in mind. @Jay Hinrichs What is something that you usually have them say that you see get's the most responses? That you get 97% responses.

I have a hard time finding posts I posted in the forums 2-4-6 days or even further back. I wish there was a way of seeing all your past posts especially in the App. Anyone have any tips of finding your own posts to check back on?

There's a great lot down the street from my house. Has great potential!! I did my research and found out where the owner lives and they live down the street. They've owned it since 1999. I've sent two letters and still no reply.. Should I start calling or going by their house?? Would love to get some feedback.
