@Shane Vince no man nobody suggested any. I did finish the BRRRR book David Greene. That's a great read. Still hope somebody gives me a good book haha that's non-fiction.

Anyone able to send some info. on some reputable and reliable Hard Money Lenders looking to work with someone doing their first Flip in Los Ángeles. I own 2 SFR’s but want to get in with a good Hard Money Lenders to have that option ready to go if needed.
