My printer works well but the yellow paper from pads seems to be to thin to print.

Anybody else have this issue?

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you know that the brother MFC-9325CW seems like it cant print yellow paper off of note pads. The paper is to thin and the machine just gets jammed non stop. Damnit!!!

Opening the back cover does not help either.

Anybody know where I can get thicker yellow sheet lined paper that would work in a printer?

The contractor wants to make as much money as possible. That does not surprise me.

I think you may have had a stroke of luck. You now know how much margin there is in the deal for the GC. Time to negotiate!!!

Well the title says it all. Anybody have luck going after people that still actually live in the home?

I am asking because I have a list of 3K prospects I made myself but no idea if the people live there or are absentee. I can get this info from Core Logic but minimum order is $2,000 and my list would only cost about $350 so it just does not make sense.

Hey guys.

I am going to be sending out 3k letters for my first campaign. Wish me luck on getting at least a few good leads.

Anyway, I have read a few posts suggesting to use invitation envelopes. What size envelope and what size paper? Do I go standard size paper even though invitation letters are smaller and just fold them up? Any advice would be great.

@Rod Yarger

Nobody was making fun of you. It was obviously an oversight. However, nobody appreciates your condescension, how long you have been in the business instead of working calculators. Taking it as a joke was what it was meant for, because if I actually believed you needed a calculator, like you suggested I need, you would have much worse problems.

So anyway.... the reason I posted was to learn about other programs I can cross reference my generated lists with to potentially narrow down to people that are absentee owners, have equity, etc etc

Anybody know of one?

@Matthew Haskins:

thank you for the recommendation. Do you know if your state/city has public tax information that you can look up by block and lot?

I have not been diagnosed but I am pretty sure I have ADD. Anyway, one of the coping side effects of ADD is hyperfocus. It pretty much allows me to do anything extremely repetitively pretty easily over a long period of time so in that regard I actually have an advantage. I planned on starting with say 1000 per month to test the waters and if responses were decent I would send as many as I needed to send for the desired result.

I actually had a program custom built to get all of this data. There is literally only one like it. I outsourced a lot of the coding work to a fellow I met on Elance that is in India and it worked our perfectly. I figured I wanted to create my own list which I have done in the past in unrelated businesses. Basically this program will allow you to put in Block and Lot numbers and search literally every property in any state. I loaded a list of 200K properties and it will tell me what every single one of them owes in Taxes and in Utilities. I am hoping to get a few thousand of them that will owe at least 10K in taxes. The reason for the post is that if I could then cross reference them automatically somehow to find which of those are absentee, Etc Etc... the list should be even better to market to.
