As Gloria mentioned, Indy is a great growth market. I think long term future trends will continue to support affordable real estate markets.  Demand for housing and rental has increased significantly.

I'm hoping you're right, we've seen DOM increase a lot! Logically, price reductions are common reaction to activity freezing up.  I think it's a great idea to continue to stay active, you just never know what deals are going to come through day to day.  You may also look at some greater Indy markets as they could offer even more affordability.  Don't forget to winterize any property you purchase in the Winter time if it's vacant as well. Happy hunting!
