Does that lender lend in California? 10% down for multifamily is a great deal.

All poltics aside...

What are you best predictions for the RE market in 2017? Especially in light that Trump is a real estate broker himself. 

We are still seeing a shortage of inventory here in Southern California.  Educated guesses of when the inventory problem might correct itself?  Prices seem to be reaching a boiling point...

Any predictions for the 2016 Southern California market? Inventory is low and prices keep going up.  Any thoughts?
