1. Sell! You will have an amazing rate of return and tons of capital.
2. We are at or near the top of the market! Something will happen in the near future (1-3 years?) to cool housing prices. I sold a SFR in Pico Rivera and walked with $160k tax free as that was my previous house. It was great house hacking! That was last year.
3. Reposition your captial and get a better return. THINK multifamily. I'm selling a condo I own in Azusa but I'm waiting till summertime in order to get top` dollar.$$$ I feel the market won't cool before then.
Sounds like you made a good buy with that house. I would use that as a springboard to better investments. Partner with your brother again if thats an option.
